Planning a destination wedding in Provence meant balancing elegance, logistics, and guest experience across an entire wedding weekend. The couple wanted the celebration to feel warm, intimate, and beautifully relaxed while still delivering a refined and elevated experience for every guest.

We began by designing the complete guest journey from arrival to farewell, ensuring every moment felt intuitive, comfortable, and intentionally paced. From welcome gifting and transportation to event flow and evening transitions, every detail was planned to feel seamless and considered.
The most memorable celebrations are the ones guests never have to think about.
Our design direction centered on understated romance, timeless styling, and warm hospitality allowing every detail to feel elegant, natural, and deeply personal to the couple.
The result
The final celebration was warm, refined, and beautifully effortless from start to finish. Guests experienced a thoughtfully hosted weekend where every transition felt seamless, every detail felt intentional, and the atmosphere remained intimate, elegant, and entirely relaxed.
